Delivery timeline

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time

Order verification, production preparation, quality check, and packaging. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 72 hours after payment is received.

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to travel from our warehouse to your delivery address. Transit times vary by destination, customs, and local carrier performance.

Delivery estimates (by region)

We ship internationally. Typical delivery speed depends on destination and whether the item is currently in stock. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to your order confirmation and tracking updates.

USA & Canada
Standard secured shipping with insurance (in-stock items ship first).
Australia & New Zealand
Standard secured shipping with insurance (in-stock items ship first).
U.K. & Europe
Standard secured shipping with insurance (in-stock items ship first).
Other countries
Standard secured shipping with insurance (delivery speed varies by destination).
Important
Some orders may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates, as we dispatch items from multiple warehouse locations.

Insured shipping

Insured Shipping — If an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost once sufficient proof is provided.
Priority Insured Shipping — Your order is prioritized in our daily dispatch list. During busy periods, overall transit time may remain similar to standard service. Your item is also insured.

Tracking your order

Tracking updates may take a short period to appear after your order ships. Once available, you can track your order using a third-party tracking service:

Note: For some destinations, delivery may take longer due to customs processing, local carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience—our priority is to ship accurate, quality-checked orders.

Changes request

Need to update your order? Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@expresszi.com. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
